Solo has one of big university in Central Java, it is UMS. This university is an old university in Indonesia. This university is famous not only in Solo but all over Indonesia. A friend of mine was from Bengkulu and now he is one of a lecture in Bengkulu.

SMA Batik is an old school. This school is the oldest school in Solo, Central Java. This school was inaugurated by Mr Moh. Hatta the first vice President of Indonesia.

This school is located in Slamet Riyadi street, Solo, Central Java. This school is Labschool's sister school.

Labschool is a name of school under UNJ (Jakarta State University) Foundation. This school serves Kindergarten, Junior High School and Senior HIgh School. This school is located in Pemuda street.

There are many achievements hold by the school. Final Examination For SMA Students

Since April 20th, 2009, Senior High School students are having Final Examination. This test will determine whether they will graduate or not from Senior High School.

Although some students have already been accepted at the State University, it is not guarantee that they will graduate from SMA.

Rumors say that in the future, around three years to come this kind of examination will also determine whether a student will be accepted at the University or not. In my opinion it is good, because this kind of test is good to save money and time.
